Refund policy

At Avelyn & Co, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@avelynco.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@avelynco.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your email.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been installed or modified after delivery
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@avelynco.com.
