Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to Australia only.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery time after processing is 8–9 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or restricted addresses.

Returns & Refunds
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Simply reach out to us at info@avelynco.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Your bank may take a little additional time to reflect this.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your original item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Products & Installation
It depends on the product. Wall sconces and ceiling lights that require hardwiring should be installed by a qualified electrician.
Battery-operated and plug-in lights can be installed without professional help. Each product page includes installation information specific to that product.
Please check the individual product page for details on whether bulbs are included. This varies per product and is clearly stated in the product description.
Yes. All products in our store are compatible with Australian power standards (230V / 50Hz). Please refer to the product specifications on each product page for full technical details.
We work to ensure our product photos accurately represent each item including colour and finish. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
